Product Description
HX7100 Automatic Check Unit is used to calibrate the thermocouples, thermal resistance and thermometers. When the power supply is turned on, the unit may verify automatically. The unit can simultaneously control four thermostatic ovens, one oil groove and one sink, which greatly improve the efficiency of thermocouples and thermal resistance.
Functions
¡ï In accordance with Relevant Standard of GB/ITS-90 and Technology Regulation of JJF1098-2003
¡ï Verify the different kinds of thermocouples such as K, E, J, N, B, S, R, T
¡ï Check the different types of thermal resistance, Pt100, Cu50, Cu100 and so on. The main thermometers include glass liquid thermometer, pressure thermometer, and bimetallic thermometer, etc.
¡ï 20 lines low potential switcher
¡ï Four thermostatic ovens are controlled by high precision temperature control system (temperature range: 300~1200~1600 ℃, quantity: 1~4 )
¡ï Software platform: full Chinese operation interface for Windows 98, convenient and shortcut
¡ï Display and save controlling-temperature curves on the screen
¡ï Automatic generation of data logging
¡ï Automatic storage of test results
¡ï Automatic print of standard calibration certificate
¡ï Check and storage results including all raw data, see over temperature-controlling curves and statistic
¡ï Analyze and verify all graduation graphs of curves both thermocouples and thermal resistance .
¡ï Temperature field test: thermostatic ovens, water tank, oil groove, cooling thermostat
¡ï Wire transition: verify thermal resistance (2,3,4 wire) through wire transition boxes
¡ï The unit can carry out the iterative and co***red/ contrast tests
